For a long time, I’ve been struggling with exhaustion and depression, and I know how overwhelming and lonely it can feel. This blog is my space to reflect, process, and share my thoughts and experiences. I write about my challenges, about living with mental health struggles, and the small but meaningful steps I take every day to move forward.
My exhaustion has been a wake-up call about the importance of prioritizing myself, even when it feels like the hardest thing to do. Through this blog, I hope not only to work through my own feelings but also to create a space where others who might relate can find support, inspiration, and a sense of connection.
