This page is part of my journey back from burnout. After a period in life when my body finally said stop, I slowly began trying to find my way back to a more sustainable way of living. It’s a journey I’m still on.
Here I share thoughts, experiences, and things that have helped me along the way toward feeling better. I write about burnout, recovery, self-understanding, and the small steps back to life.
